DRUMLINE = BATTERY + PIT
Note: Since double-reed
instruments (bassoons and oboes) are not used in marching band, students who
play those instruments and wish to be in band in high school must either learn
another wind instrument such as clarinet, OR be in the Color Guard (flags), OR
tryout for the Drumline. This year we had 8 players in the Drumline who
play other instruments in the concert season.
